I had in the past had great service from Ross Webber's. Today however I was sadly disappointed. I had made an appointment to get a quote for new water lines, and was told I had to wait 2 weeks(!) to get someone out to look at the job. At the alloted day and time I received a text message saying that the plumber was 2 minutes away.He never turned up. I phoned Krystal at RWP and she said he had been called away to another job and that they would call me later next week to make another appointment.No apologies, just a "this is how it's going to be" attitude. So sad considering I have in the past sent plenty of work their way.

What an excellent experience. Our hot water system stopped working at our short-term rental, and I emailed them late at night. Krystal called me first thing the next morning and managed to squeeze us in the same day, which I was incredibly grateful for.Ross arrived on time, quickly identified the issue, and fixed it efficiently. Thanks to their quick response and great communication, I didn’t end up inconveniencing my guests — which was a huge relief as I was very stressed at the time.Both Krystal and Ross were genuinely kind, professional, and easy to deal with. This is the second time I have used Ross Weber plumbing. On both occasions, they have been punctual, polite and have done an excellent job. They also clean up afterwards. This job was the installation of a mixer tap and waste for a new kitchen sink. They even included isolators for both hot and cold water in case we ever need to change the tap in future. We would not have to turn off the water to the whole apartment if we did replace the kitchen tap.
I found dealing with Ross Weber Plumbing easy from the initial phone call to Plumber Jonah installing new taps & fittings to my washing machine. I should have taken care of it sooner.! Easy! 😉
Timely arrival, pleasant greeting, actually offered to take off dirty boots, listened to my concerns, knowledgeable, efficient, didn’t let minor hiccups get in the way of finishing the job, had all parts and tools required, cleaned up after himself, with a great looking flawless job. Jonah was awesome! 3 times I tried fixing this stinking shower leak myself!! 😩 the taps weren’t the normal ones you can fix yourself with o rings etc but that didn’t stop me scraping my knuckles on the damn tiles like an animal! hahaha I don’t know why I thought it was going to be too expensive to call a professional 🙄 my water bill was 3 times more expensive than usual and Jonah came over and switched the taps and got it all working in under 30mins for under $250!! I should’ve called these guys months ago!!! So happy the headache is over and couldn’t be more satisfied with these guys 😌🚿

Very impressed with Ross and his assistant. They provided same day service, took care of all the logistics, and were friendly and professional throughout the job of replacing our hot water system. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will definitely use their services again.
Called Monday and Krystal managed to fit me in as early as Wednesday. Jonah, from Ross Weber Plumbing, came in within the specified time frame, did a thorough job installing and replacing our 2 basin mixers, and was done in lees than an hour

Terrible experience!Wouldn’t bother ringing this mob. I had a leaking pipe in my roof, waited 4 days for the plumber to show up (which is ok).I wasn’t home at the time, the plumber called and said he couldn’t find the man hole, which was literally 3m from the leak!He advised he could cut a square out of the ceiling and fix the pipe. I explained that’s ridiculous, just lift a sheet of roof. Cleary too hard for the bloke.He didn’t fix the pipe and left. NEVER AGAIN.

Thanks to the team here. Had a big rain water drainage issue with downpipes washing into the backyard. Was kept up to date about appointment times prior to the date. Jonah identified 3 blockages and cleared all three and I’m happy to say that there is no longer any floods of water building in the backyard yard during even the heaviest rain. Will definitely use again and can’t recommend highly enough.

I Had a busted pipe in the wall and water started flooding the house they sent a young fella round and he identified the problem straight away he installed a new pipe and problem was fixed with in an hour very efficient and professional will definitely use Ross webber plumbing again
Couldn't be happier with the work these guys did. Came out on the same day we called for a quote and did a great job considering the cramped space they had to work in. Installed new water heater no issues and also disposed of our old one which was a big help. We also had a few things that needed fixing i.e (new shower head and new kitchen tap) as well which they did for us no questions asked. Can't recommend these guys enough. Real Estate Agent organised Ross Weber to address a urgent leak. However, upon inspection, he lacked the necessary tools to test for the issue and proposed an additional cost to subcontract the leak testing work. He fixed one leak and charge $750 and tried to push a second repair job. I saw the BS and organised a qualified plumber who had the proper equipment and was able to test and repair all leaks on the spot.Invoice: 32393--- Edit to respond --Everyone gets a drivings licence doesn't mean that should drive. Don't take a job if your 'qualified tradesmen' can't do the job.

Phoned Ross Weber this morning about water leak and Caleb arrived this afternoon to fix it. Very pleasant young man and I am very pleased with the service. I was kept in the loop about his arrival time etc. Will certainly use them again.
Quick to come out and look at our plumbing issue however the quoted price was almost double of others.Do your homework before seeking their advice and accepting their quotation.
